Please delete ch 3, you didn't ask for permission for using spanish translation and raws. Qvfamma staff has the right to get mad since they clearly say in credits of their works it's prohibited to reupload and retranslate them without permission, you know very well since you were able to translate the whole chapter. And please don't say sometimes Spanish translation doesn't make sense, it's a different thing if YOU can't understand it.
Technically all fan translation are illegal! I feel a little bad there raws got taken, but it was there choice to translate. When they bought the raws from the Japanese creators I guarantee they didn't intend for them to be translated and there's probably a clause somewhere about not redistributing which they are doing. The most likely reason the original creators are not going after is it's in a different region and hard to pursue. Make no mistake the one really getting screwed is the author who makes money from the manga. So although I'm glad it's being translated into Spanish I can't feel too bad when someone else translates into English given that the whole thing is illegal anyway.

I understand your point that all translations are illegal but the girls always buy the raws for the spanish translations (qvfamma grp) and also some people donate for the same thing (so somehow they support the author). The point is if they want to translate the manga in english at least buy the raws by themself and not steal from other translation groups, aka the qvfamma :) Also rose scans didn't drop out the manga...

At the end of the day the people reading the translation doesn't even out to the people buying the manga. I want to point out qvfamma can't technically own their scans because they don't hold the copyright or the permission of the original author to use there work or translate. What they're doing is illegal. I'm just not outraged like the people below because I feel like the damage to the author is about the same. I feel when you put something out there that's a modification of another's work you can't be surprised when people take it and do something else with it especially since it isn't licensed or have the author's blessing. At the end of the day they are fans doing this for free and can't expect everyone to honor there wishes. Most manga that's on this website doesn't have the blessing of the fan translators but that doesn't stop people from reading it. As for taking their scans I agree it isn't right, but lots of translator's take scans from Japanese raw sites and you don't see people complaining about that. The real reason if you get down to it that people aren't happy is because they are worried they'll no longer get there free Spanish translations. Also haven't seen those chapters myself, but that the translator was apparently so lazy sticking it through google. I guarantee if the translation had been great you would have seen less people complaining.

As for the translation, i'm sure they too want to more people to read the mangas and to go and support the authors but translating from japanese to spanish and then english will only bring misunderstandings and it will not be fair to the original work. I wasn't saying the spanish fansub has the exclusive right of the comic i know that pretty well, it only belongs the author. I was trying to say the group bought the raws and also others fans spent their own money and donate the raws in order the group can translate the comics. In my opinion they have the right to use their raws in the way they want. We are complaining because a person who didn't care about that took the work of the group and used it without asking them. I'm not arguing about who is the real owner of the comic, nor whether it's alright or not reading these translations which aren't authorized (in this case, none of us should be here reading mangas). I only wanted people respect the scanlation group and don't use their works without permission.
