it's an anime but i think there's a manga idk tho

so in the anime there are twins they're orphans and then they got adopted by a couple. but only one of them get adopted but they don't want that so they switch places every now and then and then they got caught but the parents don't mind and adopt both of them

and then there's a timeskip i think
one twin have long hair and one twin have a grown out buzz cut
