Their dynamic is adorable, but I swear MC has a touch of the 'tism. I don't mean it in a bad way. There's just no way he thinks they are just friends. Bro took him out on dates, remembers the smallest of details about MC, flirts, takes the lead, and practically confesses. Yet MC is like "Ah, yes, sus friendship". They both really just need to outright say it so it clicks.
Dubious consent, CNC, I do not condone it irl. Full consent is important and a green flag. In fiction however I like that bit of forced into it at the beginning but the receiver gets into it as they keep going. Maybe it's just me coping with certain irl events i went through, who knows.
I think it's an exaggerated way to let others know how bad that experience is. Also there's just some stuff that most can agree are too much for anyone to go through.
The intros to any dungeon break story can be skipped after reading just one story like it. They are literally the same. Sometimes word for word.
