Please check ch74. Takumi doesn't have romantic feeling for Reira, he treats her like a sister and precious because they grew up together and of her voice which is the key for their success/career. Yasu and Ren also said so. Takumi truely love Nana and is actually scared that she would leave him, he is also possessive of her. Nana is actually aware that Takumi is unfaithful and prioritize his work more than her. Takumi regretted everything he did though including his affair with Reira (ch74 convo with Naoki). Although his still a jerk for cheating and ignoring Nana.
