Even just commenting on Kagiura’s hands. Now Hirano is initiating the physical contact and it’s hand holding, but this time it’s more romantic and more intimate for him, and he’s actually holding super tight onto Kagi’s hand. Then of course, the cherry on top to this chapter is jealous Hirano FINALLY making an appearance after years of fans waiting for him . Harusen is a genius for this hand-holding callback it has me giggling so much

I wouldn't say that more has happened in this chp then most. We have somewhat established Hirano is starting to or is realizing he likes Kagiura. And their romance is a pretty big part of the story.
It doesn’t matter if someone is gay or straight or anything else, sexual harassment isn’t okay anything besides yes is not consent smh
