The only way to describe this is someone who has depression caused by stressful situations and full of expectations from others in a such young age. And then he became delusional and create an "imaginary friend" that turns out some kind of a "monster" that can become real.
And that stress becomes sexual deprivation eventually as he grows up. Sooo, that "monster" is also sexual deprived as well ╮(￣▽￣)╭
