It’s nice to have updates on them but there are too many. The author should have picked one couple as the main couple and focused on them, (preferably the actual main couple) and then focused on the other couple after the first story is done. Every other story is done like this because of the amount of time it takes for stories to progress in comics. It also doesn’t help that the side couple is basically stepfather roleplay
Right... Many manhua have main stories that don't really focus on the main couple. It's actually annoying when you want to focus on the main couple, but it has to be divided with other couples

Not a separate book. Usually there’s like 5-12 bonus chapters after the story is over that shows what the side couple have been up to. This story is choosing to go back and forth between both instead.
Will grandma die before or after Kim Dan wakes up?
I suspect wayyy after. I think Mingwa is gonna have her die once Jaekyung and Kim Dan get together officially. It'll serve as confirmation that Kim Dan has someone that he can rely on, and she can pass in peace, so to speak
