You'd think it'd be endearing to have your partner do a lot for you. You'd think to be proud of such a caring person. But no. He didn't talk it out with her. He didn't even ask her to properly teach him so he could be more independent and even style her a couple of times once he got the hang of it. I think so because of the dynamic she has with him and she was real quiet when she walked up behind Yumeko. Is she in love with Keisuke or Maezono??
