He gets his memories back, I’ve heard different versions of what happens next, like him making her pregnant only to then leave her fully knowing and the other saying she got pregnant before he got his memories back but he knew when he left, the last one is better than the one before so I hope that’s the one, but anyway when he gets his memories back he doesn’t tell her immediately, and instead he acts as if he don’t get them back. When he leaves he destroys her fav garden and either way at that point he knows she’s pregnant. Then they meet again and ml is all sorry and yearning to get her back cause I guess he knew he has actual feelings but yeah takes some time before she forgives him and ultimately it’s a happy ending with both of them being together
