Need help finding this Yaoi manga.

I'm forgetting the name of this Yaoi manga but it was about this salaryman who had a crush on his kouhai(seme) who has a son who is not biologically related to him. The uke also didn't want to start a relationship with the seme after he got to know he had a son because he didn't want to break their family (which happened in the uke's past).
Sorry for being vague but it's all I remember, appreciate it if someone can help me
