I can't help but feel the sympathy for Minhyung obviously he needs therapy + jail time
But it's the fact that his obsession is display in such a detailed manner. His endearment towards him, his attachment and dependency on him, clinging onto him desperately it's driving him crazy, the fact that he's so obsessed he cannot imagine a life without him
Feeling like that over 10yrs then some dude decided to show up and snatch him right from his hand
I imagine how heartbreaking and absolutely hopeless that would've felt. Ofcourse I'm not justifying his action this is just my pov of the unrequited love
