This was either written by a man or someone with a no woman-ish view of women. Simply disappointing.
Anyone who has read Hans Christian Andersen's Little Mermaid knows who this is gonna end. There have been references to it since chapter one, so I put my money in that kind of ending.

Im pretty sure June dies. Maybe something happens and she turns into something like the little mermaid did, but I don't thnk they end up together in a physical sense.
