I wanna know how their lives would unfold after these events, now that they don't have any insects to deal with. It would've been so amazing to see the three's dynamic living together (not-really tgt but ykwim) as a found family, especially with Luca, because that smile really suited him.
My god, it started out promising at first because wow a war and an agent plot, etc, but ?? I don't know, maybe I just don't get how people develop the stockholm syndrome shit considering I haven't experienced it myself. But it's just so baffling how the FL just doesn't have a spine to defend herself like how she was at the beginning. Yes, she's in a state where if she were to go against it would be bad, but falling in love with someone who abused, manipulated, and used you until your mind is broken? Maybe I don't get the human mind, and that'sthe point. But god, I was sneering the whole time. ML is also shitty. I don't really care if he had changed because of love or fallen in love after trying hard not to because of his position and alas did and sacrificed himself. I don't think he had redeemed himself ever.
