I think birth certificate is only needed and i assume she'll have a last name but not a first name so maybe yes? it's not as strict for infants yet especially if it's a culture thing there are exceptions so maybe he found a loophole haha
The baby's mother gave a name in the hospital and it's "unknown" ? that's what Ho said (Idk if it's 'unknown' in English or 'unknown' mean in Korean) that's why Ho wants a different name

Yeah me too, because I think the current translator of that in wattpad just continued the previous translator's work before, where he/she stopped.
