Honestly it sounds like he isn’t Interested because he could’ve suggested going to the movies at a later date because 3 months is a lot of time. It just sounds like he’s using the thesis as an excuse. Also, He could’ve responded to your message but decided to leave you undelivered when it showed him active which is lame on his part.
