This is an omegaverse manga. Technically, they are driven by their desire here.. Especially the alpha, Dojin. In Hyesung's case, the occasional heat. Hyesung, kept on pushing Dojin away simply because he thinks that he is just using him for his composition/being a muse, disregarding the fact that Dojin took care of him a lot of times. To cut it short, it's about his pride that's why he's acting like he hates Dojin. Dojin, wanted to keep Hyesung with him because as the story progress, he is starting to like him and he's kinda following his instinct as an alpha towards Hyesung that's why he is like that. Dojin is not a bad person here.
