The manhua is pretty much following the novel. Some scenes or dialogues of the novel are cut from the manhua but they are either not that relevant to the story or they adapted them slightly differently in the manhua to include those “missing scenes/dialogues”. So sometimes it might seem that they changed the order on the manhua but they didn’t. It’s just because of those adaptations.
So in the end, the manhua is pretty much faithful to the novel and it’s following its course.
