Maybe the reason they had 2 kids was because there were 2 lifetimes they lost each other. (There were also 2 kids in both timelines, the baby and the little sister)
It sucks that he had to lie but at the same time it solved the problem and he technically doesnt owe him. So hopefully baby boy lets it go ofc still be cautious but start living (〜￣△￣)〜

The ml is a ghost and mc is very hard to notice by other people (has a "weak presence" is what he discribed himself) by chapter 7/8 we learned that mc actually died a day before they went out on a date (cmiiw). And the rest of the episode is just them being a cute ghost couple together and then they got reincarnated at the end. its not that sad, trust me!!
