The MC, Lin Qingyu is a brilliant, ice-cold doctor in an arranged marriage with Lu Wancheng, a terminally ill transmigrator who prefers a lazy, low-drama life. They have different personalities but once they get to know more about each other, they cannot help but fall more and more for each other TT But as the title suggests “Married THRICE to a salted fish”, so the ML, Lu Wancheng inevitably passed away due to his illness and the story continues (⊙…⊙ )
What I like the most about this novel is that both the Mc and ML are super smart and plot together against other people >< No misunderstanding, just two of them bullying others and figuring out a way to live happily ever after xD They also have a modern day arc near the end like this one (づ￣ ³￣)づ
I binged it in 3 days. You will not regret this XD
I also missed to mention, the book is set an an ancient historical setting for the most part while the modern day arc is only mentioned near the end.
I feel like crying whenever each storyline ends TT especially the ones where they get to grow old together :((
