The problem comes when a playboy cmate finds out her secret, since he was with a diff woman inside the hotel for some snu² and happen to catch the MC serving them their food. As usual, playboy tries to blackmail her with that information (f'cked up, I know) and that's all I could remember

It's about this couple (don't know if they're the side couple of the manga) that has been together since their highschool days. Now, they just treat lovemaking as some sort of exercise as if they've lost the love they had when they first did it.
