Here's some more info I got abt Jake and Shin from looking at the authors twitter, You're welcome♀
-about JAKE; he's bi, man or women doesnt matter as long as he likes the person
-most of his sexual experiences have been with women
-ch 9 was Jake's first time giving a guy head.
-Jakes nationality hasn't been revealed yet but author said he's not american
-has very high standards when it comes to dating
-has a neat personality but when it comes to sex he doesn't care (hence why he didn't mind having sex outdoors with Shin in ch 9-11)
-About SHIN
-he's gay
-has had experiences with some women (but that's before he realized his sexuality)
-doesn't have a type but likes people who are sensual/sexy (Jake fits that description
S3 can't come soon enough!!! I'm so worried abt how the story will proceed onwards. Ross now knows Shin is involved with Jake. What he plans on doing with that information? Who knows. But nothing good will come out of it that's for sure Also, I'm expecting Jake to get reprimanded by his higher ups! How will he explain the situation during the briefing? He killed off most of the gang members during the drug deal at the Junkyard. Why? Because of Shin. And If they find out he got a civilian involved with his undercover work?, I don't even know what they'll do but either way I have a feeling they'll find out about Shin sooner or later.
Jake wasn't involved in the drug deal but he went to the junkyard to spy on the deal between Ross, biker gang & Calvin skylars (the gang he rode with in the van in ch 74). The plan was to have the police show up during the deal and arrest all of them. But Shin being there made him change his plans. So naturally Jake prioritized Shins safety .
Honestly, I don't know how s3 will start off. I'm expecting a lot of angst and possibly a divorce arc. I don't expect Jake to tell Shin anything about his actual job/identity Telling Shin would go against job protocol and would put Shin in absolute danger (more than he is now) and jeopardize Jake's mission. If anything, I do think Shin will learn more about Jake through Hosung. I could be wrong of course (the author is very unpredictable) and Jake might just tell Shin himself.
Woow the thing about Shin's friend could possibly be true too!! Totally makes sense!
But I also think that Jake could tell him he is not a bad cop. It's not necessary tot tell his entire mission or job itself but assure he isn't in the bad side at least. I mean, this much shouldn't be a problem to him to phrase it like this, right? I don't think this could count breaking the job confidentiality, I even think It would be a win-win situation because he wouldn't expose his work and it would help Shin to be more at peace the fact that Jake isn't in the bad side o wherever his plans are or working on. I don't know anymore ~ I am not ready for the long waiting................... Σ(っTД T;)っ I just want them to be happy ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ!!!!
Yes because if you think about it, Hosung and his hackers have been trying to get into the CIA database for many many chapters now and Hosung did say it would take time. So I do think he'll be able to get that information sooner or later.
I agree! I think Jake reassuring Shin he isn't a bad cop is a good start. But I'm worried that wouldn't be good enough to appease shin. Jake tiptoeing abt his identity would make things worse and Shin might just leave I wholeheartedly expect Shin to throw the "So you dont trust me?" line anyways It's a really tough situation all around and I totally get where Shin is coming from. It must be frustrating not knowing anything about the man he's in love with But at the same time I get why Jake has to be secretive. Sigh. I just want them to pull through and stay together!
Totally! ~ I also tknow that Shin didn't even wanted to be a part of Jake's world yet got dragged and I think he is fairly scared to either kill, to be killed or seeing somebody he cares be killed so... it really makes him understand the danger is increasing as he tries to trust, understand and even help/fallow Jake. It is really understandable he nie is angry because I believe he just wants to avoid the mess but he can't do it as he has the deal with Jake yet he feels in real danger and feels unsure about Jake's identity as his man could be the real bad gang....
I know I'm over dramatizing but I really I'm hyped for this two!!!
PS: Does somebody know how long will the next season start?? Σ( ̄□ ̄??) I need to know (/TДT)/

Just a heads up yall. The author announced yesterday on twitter she will be going on a two month hiatus due to poor health so we won't be seeing shutline for a while. I hope she recovers and is in good health soon
