The story is about this king elf who lost his memories and is then tossed into the dungeons because he is no longer powerful, and he then has multiple "love" interests, one of them being a dog boy, and the other being a weird science man with tentacles who lays eggs in him. they think the charracters try to get him pregnant? and he has a bunch of other love interests one of them he seems to really memories with in a library. does anybody know the name?

The story starts with two boys in a room, one of them is tall, muscular with black/dark brown hair, and the other is kinda small and has light brown hair. They look through childhood photos and recreate them for a trend but then they see one with the blond boy kissing the others cheek as kids. The dark haired boy is holding some transformers toy (its relevant to the story I can't remember hoe though) the blond boy leans in and kisses him the brown haired boy shoves him off as his mom walk in and they awkwardly act as if nothing happened. it was a really funny BL but I cant remember the name I need help!!!
