I don't like how his girl-friends just dumped and left him when he is drunk. Some people could have took advantaged of that. They could atleast called for help to take him home or something. This situation is definitely a problem for girls, but I'm sure guys is no exception.

I usually avoid romance in this type of stories because they ruin the story, especially mc. But this is a rare case where the FL actually has something to contribute to MC’s life than just being a damsel in distress. Most often, if the FL is strong, she sometimes needs to be weak so MC can shine, but this girl is not. Both of them help each other shine. I dont think she is someone that is created so that MC will just have a girl (or worse, a harem) in the story, she IS MC’s partner. And honestly, their romance is fire and better than some romance stories.
