You can't expect someone to change like an angel in just a short span of time . Jaekyung is just human, he gets pissed, he might still say something hurtful that he doesn't mean. He is NOT back to his old ways. He wants Dan to stay but he doesn't know how to say it. And seeing Dan packing his stuff so early, of course, he will be pissed. He is thinking that Dan is so eager to leave him as soon as their contract is already finished, like it was nothing. That is why he said those words
