Itās very possible. It all depends on the position of the baby and the way your pelvis sits. Thereās women who donāt show until 7 months in. Have you ever watched the show āI Didnāt Know I Was Pregnantā? It shows many cases of women not showing to the point they didnāt even know they were pregnant. The human body is an amazing thing.
Yea there are even some women who were pregnant but they didnt know until they gave birth. Turns out they were asymptomatic so yea even when they are pregnant their belly didnt grow bigger. There was a name for that kind of pregnancy, I just forgot what name.
