Omg this reply is so late but I believe that in the manhua it does show some hints that they aren’t biological and many comments I’ve seen seem to somewhat confirmed it as well and well they don’t mention how in any way she gave birth/nor mention her birth of our mc bc if she did then this love would’ve been rather taking a really weird and dark turn… (a trip to the police)

So that means they broke two-three rules running, shouting and littering (throwing waterbottle at corridors) I may sound crazy it looks like that.
