It's not that I don't like the story; I just think this whole ass she's a duke's daughter, so I have to make sure she's well taken care of, but he doesn't notice at all how awkward she is and her physical reactions to when he gets mad, like she thinks he's gonna hit her!! Another thing that's annoying, he knows how scared she gets, but still gets angry at her like that!! Everything else is fine tho, and I love how sweet he is with her (▰˘◡˘▰)

Omg yesss same I didnt really like him as an ml but I think he’s gettin better. I also think that he’s portrayed well since he doesn’t know how to treat women because he’s been a mercenary and only worked with men so he’s rough with people. But I like that he really cares for her and is softening up. And I just feel so bad for her because she’s never had anyone in her life so she’s never known love. And the person who’s supposed to love her (father) hates her. That does something to a person so I think that the progression for both of them takes a while but it’s so good to see.
