Well, she never thought that someone can surpass her despite trying her best all the time. As someone who is a narcissist(?) or prideful woman, someone above her only means God. She worships Sora that's why she keeps helping Sora to maintain to who she was before. But that's just so wrong, that's for her own desire only, she was the one who concluded all of that without even considering Sora's feeling about it. She may want the best for Sora, but Sora sees her ranking only a sign of her being friendless and loner which is kind of sad if you think about it. Well, I just hope for a character development.
