How ironic that MC as an actor is so well-rounded and 3D while his actual characterization on this webtoon is as flat as the piece of paper used in his script.

Tbh this story is starting to lose me. The intensity of the mystery drama aspect of it is kinda wavering now and author seemed just as lost as some readers on how they have written the characters.

Idk what yall are on about but I couldn’t see the chemistry yall are seeing between Minjun and Kenta. Can yall not see the wall between them? I could see an unrequited love tho on Kenta’s part (unfortunately). Tbf, I’m still not convinced on the main CP too. Minjun and the second in command look like closer than everyone else tbh and I’m not even shipping them lol.
Is this borderline psychological or actually a literal psychological BL? I’m a simpleton and I enjoy “shallow” stories the most tbh. So when someone’s bleeding from falling from stairs, any other reaction aside from “OMG YOU’RE BLEEDING WE ARE GOING TO THE HOSPITAL NO BUTS” would just be weird to me lol.
So guys I reread the chapter and also from some comments below, here’s what happened on the latest chapter (ch 19). MC saw a paper with something written about investment, which probably is related to the show MC was casted on. Then MC remembered that earlier (or in previous episodes), his protégé was talking about some investor, so MC meet up with him.
After he left, ML apparently was awake and was talking about paying back on a favor MC seemed to have done seven years ago.
Then, MC and his protégé was talking about the rumor and stuff as usual but the most important part of that scene was when the protégé pointed out that an investor of the show that intended to destroy MC’s career was actually on the set the same day MC encountered Reporter Kang from previous episode.
Initially, MC realised that “investor” was the manager of ML. However, he didn’t remember ML calling that guy his manager. He then realised that the person who actually made him think the “investor” was ML’s manager was actually MC’s manager (probably in earlier chapters but I couldn’t find it). So the last scene was MC contemplating to confront his manager, the “hyung”. I don’t get this part tho. I thought he wanted to call his own manager but he then inquired about Mr. Ha, which probably was ML. So yea.
i don't remember who mr.Ha is but MC didn't call his manager because he was scared that if it was true it would hurt too much and also if it wasn't true his manager who stuck by him through all these rumors might be offended. So I'm pretty sure MC is gonna wait to gather more clues/evidence before he confronts his manager. Hope this helps!
