It's great he's having fun but honestly such talent and to force him to grant other people's wishes are just.... Well he really is great as an idol as well but I hope he gets more acting opportunities as well because that's what he really enjoys

Although i think it'd be nice to see MC doing what he likes, i also think the premise of him being an idol and having to do more teamwork-based assignments (also fulfilling their wishes) is opening him into a world of compassion. The point of the story is i believe to show importance in the value of human relationships which is hard to do with acting because it's often solo and tied to fake emotions.

I agree with everything except the fake emotions because compassion, sympathy and empathy can also be considered fake depending on the person. When you act it's the same as saying "what if your in this person's shoes" and to be honest even if you died and ended up in that person's body you still couldn't be that person. So as an actor you have to be able to let go of your self sometimes and reach as close to the character your acting about. Especially if it's those biography movies after the person has died. That's why method action is particularly dangerous because your getting rid of your base character to take on someone else. There have actually been some reported incidents, I think in Malibu about an actor who was normal, bright and was doing well in the industry. Arrived back home after being in a car crash, he has suffered from a head injury and he ended up becoming the character from the movie he was just in. His behavior, hand movements demeanor changed, he eventually ended up killing himself while not being able to return back to who he was. Not exactly the same thing but it's like how people and animals get affected by rabies. But even if it is solo acting or in teams it's not exactly fake because you have to find at least one point where you can connect with the character and turn it into your representation of them.

Although i understand where you're coming from, I was specifically referencing our mc in terms of his own emotions. Even in recent chapters he has come to terms with his acting career and how it made him constantly put up a mask over how he really felt. It was like second nature. I did not mean to demean acting in any way, as it is definitely a way to experience raw emotion-but in the context of this manhwa our MC's acting career had stunted his emotional expression.

Tf are they thinking kicking out a seventeen year old? This is abuse we know the world is a harsh place doesn't make this right though. Well just got frustrated while reading haha

Just finished so proud of them. Wished the anime continued the music would've been amazing

Huh? This setting is Japan, not anywhere else. Kicking a 17 y.o out is not abuse. Neglecting a 3 to 5 y.o Kousuke/Seiryu is.

He's a minor though? And I meant in the sense that they just neglected him while he's outside in the freezing cold. As an adult, the right thing to do would be to advise him to stay inside. If he wants him to repent let him do that inside kneeling. Not that it would be right as well but at least you aren't actually trying to ignore a dying kid. Am I wrong? Is there a different law in Japan or something?

Because it's technically safe to throw a kid out in Japan than anywhere else. Setsu chose to stay outside when he could've gone and found a karaoke or Cafe he can rent a room to stay. He is a minor but not a child.
