What is MC doing is annoying, but there is a harsh truth in there. Many people let their fears to get between them and their partner. Many have lost their partner because of them. What is happening is very human and a realistically part of life. I hope that soon, MC will feel comfortable enough to talk with his boyfriend about everything.
Can someone spoil me with the third timeline, please? Is it as toxic as the first one? More toxic? Worth reading it?
It's similar to S2 but the other way around, Kloff remembers but Aeroc does not. It doesn't end on a happy note either, they do end up together, but it's made crystal clear that Kloff is using that current Aeroc as a replacement for the S1 version, whispering him I love yous while yearning for that man in the cabin.
Aeroc ends up turning into an omega again, like the plot doesn't really go anywhere else plotwise. Kloff is his finance guy again, they have multiple misunderstandings and then sex.
It's just more of Kloff's pov and feelings - which if I remember correctly was mostly insanity and regret.
(It's been a while since I read the novel, just as a disclaimer)
We see a lot of pov from Aeroc too, and especially in the beginning he's very confused and disgusted of Kloff bc he's acting unhinged. Pretty sure Aeroc remains clueless until the end, not 100% on that.
But that would be so sad for Aeroc cause now he is like a substitute of 'the Aeroc' that Kloff want but never had a life with. And Aeroc is going to fall and live with the man that use him as a substitute again... in the first timeline he was a substitute of Kloff's ex-wife and now this again. Kloff should just stay in hell...
Fully agree with the kloff staying in hell part but from wat I remember from reading ppls spoiler reviews is that though he is using current Aeroc in that timeline as a proxy to og Aeroc he does also love him just the same. It’s like oh I never told * loml the one thing he wanted to hear the most as he lay on his death bed and I drowned in delusional denial and I’ve been given this chance… coz reincarnation… to be a better person to him and to know him beyond my own preconceived notions and now I see he was never like I though he was and that feeds into the love and obsession I have for him while desperately wishing I could’ve given even an inch of this affection and devotion to the first version of u I met and knew .,. And destroyed.
Anyway tldr I’m high rn lol
Current hypothesis, he is using current Aeroc as a proxy for og but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t love him
I don’t understand. Just…why…?
Like, was it really necessary? I thought that Yujin loves him. Why can’t he stay with him?
Yujin has insane trust issues because of his dad you see it in the whole “I love you” part, if the man who was meant to protect you from all harm is the one who A) harms you B) harms the man you LOVE (because by this point it’s clear Yujin loves Aaron) then obviously a man of such a status as Aaron will abandon you (or so what Yujin thinks). It’s only natural for him to run because that’s the only thing he knows, whether he does it to protect himself or Aaron? Up for debate.

Boooooy, you are man enough to beat others to death, but not enough to confess?!? ヽ(`Д´)ノ
