For those who have ever fainted, what does it feel like?Im wondering bc the other day i feel like i nearly passed but im not sure.
Its different depending on the situation, but from someone that faints like atleast 5x a year, its a gradual feeling. Like you know you'll faint, my heart rate also slows down a ton, my breathing was very shallow and i would have a hard time swallowing. Regarding my vision, its like the outer part blackens till bam! All black, cant see shit. Then you will feel like a puppet that had their strings cut off from above. You feel weak, but your fingers would be stiff and cold. In my case, altho i blacked out, im still conscious, like i am aware of whats happening around me, i can hear my surrounding, but i just dont have the ability to move my body. But again, i think its diff on external factors such as why did you faint, the feeling differs on whatever the cause is
I have passed out quite some times, so first for me I feel cold like everything is drained out of me sort of cold and I would have like a headache prior to it. Then my ears would go beeeppp and then my eyes will start showing static and then by that time I would have already gone out. When I come to I will usually be really sweaty and that headache and cold feeling continues and then like an hour later I get better. My first time fainting I fell in a room where there were ducks and their faeces where on the ground. That was disgusting to say the least. Then I fainted once during my period and then when I had a fever. Then once in a public transport but my mom was there so it didn't end up too bad. I think that's all. Usually it happens to me when my body is weak or if I am in an exhausting situation. Do get your BP and ear balance checked out if it is a frequent occurrence.

The thing is feel like i felt that gradual feeling. I was in the shower and suddenly felt like my heart skipped a beat then it started beating really fast.After that i felt suddenly weak and could barely manage to stand.I felt like i had to lay on smth or i would literally just fall.So i went and layed down on then i started seeing black spots and my ears started to buzz right after.
Look up vasovagal syncope. This can be triggered by a large variety of reasons. I have had this happen pretty badly once just by standing in a line for less than 15 minutes. I actually don’t get cold but really hot and sweaty even in the middle of winter when it’s freezing outside. Definitely go to the doctor to rule out other potential issues, especially if this is a new issue.
I have a heart issue which could potentially also caused it. But it always gets triggered when im in intense pain and like you mentioned, when standing for a bit long. Some mentioned here that they hear ringing, i also did too, but there were also some times when i hear my breathing in my ear. Human body is so fascinating.
