i dont really know how to post new ones but if you want to upload a chapter to a pre-existing one you can go below "other manga by the same author" to the chapters section there will be a green button- upload chapter. this is all i know T-T
There used to be a flag on the left side of the screen where you'd basically "report" a new manga but now you need to email mangago at [email protected]
And send them following info:

Other title/alternative title:
Author/s:
Genre/s:
Summary:
And then upload the manga to an imgur link and then send that to them as well.
You'll have to separate the cover and all the chapters into new imgur albums. If you did something wrong admin will tell you what to do then. I think you should be okay with Google drive link also.
