First off, thanks for the multi-chapter upload.
But the past of Maria and Trivoire was somewhat of a let-down given the set-up to it. I can't fully put my finger on it, but it made me somewhat dislike Maria's character and feel sympathetic to Trivoire's character. Like, come on, his whole people got subjugated, tortured, his wife killed and his child almost died, and she, his childhood friend and sweetheart, defended those people and stood up for them. Makes her look so bad, no matter what she did afterwards, especially given what we know of her prowess as a Mage.
Anyway, the humour is still so good. And I have to give kudos to the author for giving Priscilla the possibility of a redemption arc. And² Priscilla being lesbian is a nice touch for Otome-Isekai, especially with the characters not shaming her for it, no matter if Christina is oblivious af or not
Yeah definitely looking at Maria with a side eye. It bothers me that she still acting like she is she the better person too. Like she didn't see all that happening and did nothing.

What happened to discourse y'all. Chill, be of different opinion and be fine about it, sure if the author says X it still depends on how they are able to convey it in their storytelling and if they don't manage to do so appropriately it can lead to some readers getting a different interpretation.
I for one think that they all should have split up and went their own ways since Seju and Sumin would've end up circling in their toxic, unhealthy whatever-that-is/was. Sumin and Sungji can be healthy in the future but there is a lot of hurt and guilt that can overshadow anything else, and for Sungji it's the first of everything coupled with all the shit that went down. I would need to see epilogue chapters of Sumin and Sungji to properly assess that. But Sungji was the catalyst for Sumin to break out of this toxic cycle, and seemingly for Seju to get a grip as well. So good for her. All three are selfish as hell though and flawed which make them great characters. Should all have gone their separate paths though

Like. Come on author, there are other ways of writing drama with that maid
Nope I dont blame him. The magic that maid and that red hair uses are not known to the public. Only Fl's uncle knows it. So how can he know something is wrong? From the idea that he needs to be careful, he already doing as much as he can to put distance, without alerting the enemies. For hiw protective his father is to shield him from all this evil, he still went out to the world and faced it head on. So no, I dont blame the ml. He did good and is doing good.
It only seems frustrating to us cuz we are seeing everything from a 3rd POV. We know stuff from both sides.
