Skipped everything and just read the final chapters where jjk wasn't a piece of shit. Gotta say, this melted my heart not because it was wholesome, but because of how raw the emotions are. It truly captivated the essence of the vulnerability of humans and how we crave what we never had I truly sympathize with jaekhyung's past, though it does NOT validate his actions. I'm just really glad that he's finally treating Kim Dan better and has reflected on his previous actions. Like the other users said, the ending is indeed a bit rushed and lackluster. I feel like the author could've focused more on the process of their reconciliation and jaekhyung's reflection during the time Kim Dan was hospitalized. Though, given Kim Dan's personality, I don't think the ending was unpredictable or off. I also sympathize with him because of his past and I don't hate or blame him for the way that he is because of it. I hope other readers also understand that each of their circumstances shaped the way that they are, and though I understand the frustration, in the end, they are the ones dealing with the consequences of it, and most importantly, this is all fictional despite that, the author really fleshed them out

Fucking awesome. Cured my depression.
