Honestly, whatever decision sejin makes, I would be on board. As long as he's finally happy, I will be his ride or die and him picking ido in the end is okay for me. Im guessing the original of this was from a novel because holy heck, the narration was freaking good. I love the fact that we only get to see sejin's pov and yet we managed to understand the whole situation. He is the mc, we dont need ido's pov, that would have ruined the flow and honestly? Who needs the pov of the guy who hurt him so much? I would have gotten extremely mad if we did got one. I already saw how irredeemable he was from the first life that I cried so much for sejin. Well, still we cant blame sejin for choosing him. His memory from the first and second are colliding that it probably felt too confusing for him. It was one heck of a roller coaster ride, definitely.
I remember my young self seeing this manhwan in the official webtoon banners and has around 30 chapters. I was waiting for it finish so I could read it until I abandoned that app and completely forgotten about this. But now, behold, after years of waiting, I had finally finished reading! And I must say, this is 100% peak. Every character was memorable and so are their scenes, plot moved me, it could move mountains on its own. From chapter 1 to the last chapter of season 3, it never killed my interest and kept my attention to the story.
However I have one criticism. Where the hell is their wedding?!?!? I WANT MY SOOHYUK AND WOLFGANG WEDDING OH MY GOD, EPSILON AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS YET STILL NO WEDDING AT THE END?!?!?? I'm gonna cry so hard I'll make my own sea and name it after them.
Nevertheless, beautiful. Soooo beautiful. As beautiful as shin soohyuk, and as beautiful as wolfgang's love for him. Childhood friends to lovers trope done right!
This is fucking beautiful what the fuck. Yearner top, strong willed bottom, mpreg, heartbreaking backstory, top tire characterization, beautiful dialogues, I will die in this hill with them. I wish to see my nephew yi gang grow, I beg the heavens, I want to see the child grow.
I read this because people had been saying this is really angsty but honestly, its not that much. It has a good amount of angst. This story felt more like in a melancholic tone. The feeling was in every chapter. The narration and art was obviously handled with care and love every panel that not even once they missed. This isnt heartwrenching in a way that everybody are posing as but this is definitely a pain you would feel for a very long time, lingering at the corner of your heart and would resurface from time to time.
They are not characters, they are alive. Hakyung breathe and speaks beside you, telling him his story. You were there with him when it happens. And you watched Yoonsung love and fell in love a little more as time goes by. Reunion may not have made me cry like a baby, but their story will stay inside my heart. They will never be forgotten, just as how yoonsung's love will always remember hakyung.
Goodness, I really love this story. Dacto is such a good author, i cant wait for their new release. I might reread this again. The crossover is hilarious
