They stay together in the end. Juyeon was going to leave him all alone, free to go but then Jiwook desperately clung onto him, begging Juyeon not to leave him alone as he has no one else. Juyeon gave a “fine, I guess you can stay with me” type of dialogue like every other character does. If I’m correct,,, they were in the hospital after Jiwook got beat up by people that didn’t like him… I haven’t read the novel in a hot minute so I could be wrong. But yeah, more or less disappointing but very expected.
