Hi, I'm looking for this shoujo, romance manga:

It's about this highschool girl moving into this shared room with some 3 guys and 2 gals. The girl falls in love with the graphic designer (he wears glasses and has abs), but there's also another guy who loves spending his time with the house cat that falls in love with her too.

Also, the house belongs to her uncle that's why she's allowed to stay their.

The CEO of the company apparently favoured this potter and this man is now trying to gain his favour to work in the company. Along the way they fall in love.

I don't really remember the whole plot but it has the female lead and she doesn't show many emotions. She's the manager for the basketball club and she's in love with this senpai who gets a girlfriend. This other basketball member (male lead) likes the female and knows that she's in love with this other dude

Plot: a rich city boy is told to go to the country for a business trip by his father but in the end he goes there b/c his dad wants him to be grounded. He learns farming from this hot farmer and the city boy falls in love with him. Also the farmer is hella judged for being gay by the community

I had read this manga previously where the main character walks in to his home and he peeks on his gay roommate having sex. Then the main dude wants to have sex with his roommate after seeing him have sex. I feel like they play soccer and stuff.
