Yes Yong Yong( blue mascot) will show up few more times in the future. Our Soleum will get some member ship tatto so that he can visit the theme park and the blue mascot is quite fond of soleum because he is good child so he tries to make him stay and play more however soleum escaped with the help of good friend( braun) and thus Yong Yong begins to search for Soleum as a lost child and so they meet in some market darkness next time. We will also see him more times like when Soleum works at the resort and when he fights the red rabbit so yeah they have a good relationship like father and son

The blue mascot is actually a blue dragon that was forced to wear a mascot and work at the theme park
YongYong is actually the nickname fans gave to the Daydream dragon mascot you see at the beginning (will be important later), and the blue dragon is a different character. But because Yong means dragon in Korean a lot of international fans call them both YongYong
