Me too. It's just I feel scammed that I wasted a lot of time reading 70 chapters worth of information if it could have been read in just 10 manhwa chapters. I even stayed up late just to finish reading the available novel chapters cause the plot is so good and I thought that it will take few years before the manhwa came out. To my surprise (and delight) the manhwa was released early so I'm like (」ﾟﾛﾟ)｣

Also, using MTL isn't good enough to translate. You need to use at least three dictionaries to complete a good translation.

Uhh, it's hard to explain but no physical person has taken your scans. A virtual spider bot took it. I have a friend that took Computer Science and she explained it to me that the internet is a huge web (hence www, world wide web). There are these spider bites that can travel through many many many web pages, finding anything that it wants.
Mangaowl and Manga scans probably have spider bots on Mangago in which it AUTOMATICALLY takes the images from this site and post it on their own site.
This is also how the Pian Pian author is keeping an eye out on her manhwa too. She has bots to explore the web and immediately gets notified if there is an image of her work on aggregator sites such as this one.
Therefore........if you want it down, you'll have to fight the administrators of Mangaowl and co. to get it down ┗( T﹏T )┛
Trust me, as someone who translates BL novels, it happens all the time when aggregators take the translations and it really sucks ┗( T﹏T )┛
