Ends at Vol 18, Chap 185 (1999) / Vol 32, Chap 339 (2011)
The anime ends at Election arc so it's chapter 339. The Dark Continent arc starts at chap 340. There aren't many chapters to read though. It keeps going on hiatus (〜￣△￣)〜

The live action has two parts and I believe that they haven't released the whole movie in Japan yet however if you're not in Japan, I guess you will have to wait a little longer than the release dates. Hope this will help :D !
