Also, the personality of the mc and ml is not defined. I felt like they act like different person throughout the story (it’s not character development too). Probably they got DOD

So i dont think the mc being like a damsel is part of the fantasy bl trope. Iirc the mc was still very recently a human, having lived just one lifetime. And has always had a strong human conscience, so he doesnt kill if the people are good to him, he saved the kid that he turned into a vampire early on aswell. Looking into his past, hes very much alone, and has never really been pursued or treasured so it was a first for him meeting the male lead. Since they started with an intimate start even after being tricked his innocence and desperation for longing controls him.
Regarding his strength iirc it has something to do with him drinking enough blood or fresh blood.
