I was seriously so close to dropping this manga. Some comments are literally garbage. Top comments just made me think that it was actually a huge age gap when it's wasn't. I just don't know what is definition of pedo for these people. Like there wasn't anything related to it . Art style make it look like that FL was child but she wasn't. I think both were close to age . Maybe 3 to 4 years difference .
This is a typical damsel in distress but it was and it wasn't . It was the story of abuse and year long brainwashing which cannot be gone after few days . You need times to overcome your traumas . FL was weak but due to ml help she did take baby step at the end and I was so happy that bitchy sister and douchey fiance were punished although I would had preferef for sister to die. But she got the best punishment to live in covenant for her whole life and live the life worse than a commoner .
Just finished re-reading and it still the best story. It never failed to make me laugh and I cried river of tears. Mikan is such a inspirational character . Every character had their own story.
I just want the part 2 where they will start their adventure to find Imai siblings and a bit of romance btw natsume and mikan.
When I first read this story I knew that Persona and nobara would be another Mikan's Father and mother . Happy that everyone got their happy ending although it was a torture after 100th chapter .
