So mc's friend wrote a story and mc pitied the second male lead (second male lead died pretty sure) and so mc's friend isekaid mc into THAT story and then mc started to help second male lead (forgive me if this description is bad I haven't read this bl in a while!)
It think it might be this:
I Became the Lousy Side Top

Yes! It was love interest zone. Tysm!
Could someone help find me the yaoi where the ML is desperate to keep MC alive or else ML dies? it’s apocalyptic and there was a zombie outbreak in college also every time MC dies he loses his memories and ML reminds him of what happened. ML has a noticeable large Scar on his neck because of a fight with a zombie. Sorry if the description wasn’t good!
