I just re read from start to end for the first time since 2020. I mean I come back to this story often, especially the later arcs when it feels less rapey than the beginning, but WOW this is so problematic. How can Akihito be fine interacting with Feilong even after everything he did to him? And everyone acts considerably more and more out of character toward the end. I guess for the main characters it could be passed off as mere character development but its crazy, almost as if I'm not even reading about the same Akihito and Asami. Regardless this is such a special story and I will stay invested til the very end whether i want to or not

the OG golden pavilion was wiped by Seunghyun but as things are - there still was demand for the whorehouse so it reinstated itself in a much more gruesome way (I think it’s connected to the twins’ brothel from the og pearl boy, with torture and drug use etc etc). Yuta met his “husband” at the second golden pavilion and got “married into” the Kujo clan while Seunghyun was obsessed with hyung back in korea

i don't think i've ever been more excited to see updates for a story than I am for this. The characters, the depth, the art, the feelings, the consent. Everything from the pacing to the storytelling is just perfect. Truly is so refreshing.
It's so hard to keep track of all these place names and everything lol. Also i wanna see more of Syllhan and Gjord before he lost his memories!!
