When I heard people say the ending was bad I didn't think much of it meanwhile here I am bawling my eyes out only to find out what? She's alive? And they were apart for decades? Only reuniting at old age?? I'm sorry but this is bullshit ending I would much rather accept she actually died cuz that ending feels more correct for this kind of story as sad as it is it works beautifully. Same as everyone else hope the ending is changed for the anime~~
This was a hidden gem truly I haven't found something I enjoyed this much in a while. That being said, idk if anyone noticed but in chapter 42 doesn't that look like y/n and her big ml interested? Am I reading into it? Did the memes rot my brain or it really looks like he's standing behind her not letting anyone push her in the crowd? It was a touching chapter but I laughed out loud at that panel. Idk if author meant it intentionally or what else it's meant to be but it caught me off guard
