I can't seem to remember this manga wherein the uke and the seme became friends because of an incident where the seme caught seeing the uke having sex with a teacher(?). After that the uke slowly developed feeling towards the seme when he visited the seme's home (they are friends now). But he didn't confess until they met again after graduation. The seme is photographer (it was stressed in the manga that he likes to take pictures). The manga ended where the seme took a picture of the uke while he was sleeping.
The manga was so wholesome and heartwarming that I keep on thinking about it (=・ω・=)
