The other one seems to be the original verson that was (to my knowledge) deleted. This is the final and flusged out version that is meant to have in a sense been a reboot of the other. I personally recommend reading this one. (⌒▽⌒)
It's the same manhwa. There's only some minor differences in terms of plot and art. I heard the author had a problem with Lezhin in terms of payment so they changed platform. So you can think of the other one as a draft and this is the final complete version.
But if you're interested enough, you can read both but the other one won't be updated anymore.
