not a spoiler just a prediction (briefly mentions ch 66)
i think that nok will at some point question/find out why jaeshin wanted to get with him in the first place (if he doesn't that's too perfect and would bother me). because jaeshin originally wanted to get with nok to break his curse i think they are going to separate/get into an argument. but, since a new conflict just came up in the last chapter (with kyungjoon) the story would be too long if nok found out about jaeshin's og intentions after everything with kyungjoon and his step-mom is resolved. so, i think that this will be the giant climax conflict where everything goes bad. right as jaeshin and nok argue/split because nok is hurt/betrayed by jaeshin possibly thinking that his love is fake and he never truly had feelings (nok will have some second guessing confusion type of inner monologue going over their past right after jaeshin leaves) kyungjoon and nok's step-mom will strike with their plan (whatever it may be). and so jaeshin will for whatever reason return to nok (common trope would be that he realizes he truly can't live w/o nok and decides to confess everything and tell him straight all about his feelings with desperation, or since he has the death book thing he might see that nok is supposed to die and panic).
after that there is a split in my prediction but the two outcomes will be pretty similar. jaeshin will either arrive just in time or just too late (i feel like since there was already a "just in time" moment it will be the late option). and based on if jaeshin is on time or late, they will have their resolution and get together in the real/living world or the underworld.
i could honestly be completely wrong, i'm basing this off of common tropes i've seen in other manhwas but ya...
I guess that finding out about jaeshin’s need to win a heart at this point wouldn’t really be a good reason to start a conflict as Jaeshin already won his heart and he promised to stay with Nok. Nok also didn’t give his heart until he was sure about Jarshin’s feelings. Plus, Jaeshin is not trapped in a dog body anymore but he can transform into a dog just to please Nok basically. Idk I don’t see many reasons about arguing over the truth, I think the couple is pretty much consolidated and they just need to solve the drama around the queen and now also about the “friend”
