no. dubious consent is a thing only in fiction, where the character protests, but you as the reader are clearly shown/told that they actually want it. MC here as it turns out actually wants it (it is shown pretty explicitly). MC and ML are in a BDSM relationship, a toxic one, not because of the sex though. Rape play and CNC are real bdsm acts and rape fantasy is a real kink, not that this manhwa is a good/accurate depiction of that.
But still bc it's fiction and it turns out mc's kink is being taken violently against his will, we can consider the sex "dubiously" consensual. irl this is not a thing - CNC requires prior consent and communication.
